Amb un mes de mar\u00e7 excepcional per a la nostra zona (126 mm), el desenvolupament de les plantes va ser raonable i les produccions de les parcel\u00b7les de sec\u00e0 van recuperar els valors mitjans.<br \/>L\u2019estiu va ser menys extrem que en altres anys (cap dia per sobre dels 40 \u00b0C), amb nits relativament fresques que van permetre una maduraci\u00f3 equilibrada. Un vi que dona forma a les intu\u00efcions inicials, les que ens van emp\u00e8nyer a demostrar que els paisatges que cultivem i que habitem amagaven dins seu la possibilitat de fer grans vins.<br \/>\nAmb el Blanc de Ser\u00e8 posem en valor les varietats hist\u00f2riques, com el Macabeu, la Parellada o la Garnatxa Blanca, amb elaboracions en dip\u00f2sits d\u2019acer inoxidable i la mirada posada en la recerca de la seva m\u00e0xima expressi\u00f3. Varietats que en aquest territori s\u2019expressen com un clar reflex del paisatge mediterrani d\u2019interior, aquell que per la seva al\u00e7ada i per l\u2019efecte de la marinada permet una lenta maduraci\u00f3 del ra\u00efm que dona com a resultat un equilibri entre graduaci\u00f3 alcoh\u00f2lica i acidesa molt interessant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"label-sans-serif\">Paisatge<\/p>\n<p class=\"small-sans-serif\">ORIGEN: Vinyes de diferents municipis de la subzona Valls del Riu Corb de la DO Costers del Segre. Paisatges de parcel\u00b7les caracteritzades pels marges de pedra seca, que delimiten les vinyes i conserven la fertilitat dels s\u00f2ls i l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia de l\u2019aigua.<br \/>\nS\u00d2LS: S\u00f2ls argilocalcaris amb nivells de pedregositat i profunditats variables.<br \/>\nCLIMA: El clima \u00e9s mediterrani continental, amb hiverns freds i secs i estius calorosos, dulcificats pel vent que, a les tardes, ve del mar (la marinada) i refresca les nits, sobretot durant el per\u00edode de maduraci\u00f3. Les pluges, escasses, es concentren a la tardor i a la primavera (350-450mm anuals).<\/p>\n<p class=\"label-sans-serif\">Varietats<\/p>\n<p class=\"small-sans-serif\">Macabeu (70%), Parellada (15%), Xarel\u00b7lo (10%) i Garnatxa blanca (5%)<\/p>\n<p class=\"label-sans-serif\">Viticultura<\/p>\n<p class=\"small-sans-serif\">Agricultura ecol\u00f2gica. El cupatge neix d\u2019un proc\u00e9s de recerca del vi jove que elaborem des de fa 30 anys.
