An inside look at harvesting<\/p>

During the harvest months, we open the doors of the winery to give you a first-hand look at the intense activity involved with getting the grapes in. The tour starts at one of the L\u2019Olivera estates where you can see the work done in the field and take part in the manual harvest together with the rest of the team. We then take the grapes to the press in the winery and sample the must. To restock on energy, we will have a \u2018harvester\u2019s lunch\u2019 and visit the winery so that you can see the entire winemaking process first-hand. Finally, we will sample three wines and the oil made at L\u2019Olivera.<\/p>
