In this case, it was the  <\/span><b>ALLEM Federation of Lleida that supported L\u2019Olivera, which won the second award in the category \u2018Sustainable Territories: recognition of initiatives aimed at ensuring a rural environment with equal rights and opportunities\u2019.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joan-Ramon Saura, president of the ALLEM Federation, accompanied the representation of L\u2019Olivera at the award ceremony, which took place at the ministry\u2019s headquarters in Madrid. During the event, it was highlighted that these awards respond to the General Directorate, the Ministry, and the Government&#8217;s intention to &#8220;recognize projects that cause positive and tangible impacts in their environment&#8221; and the &#8220;importance of multilateralism and networking as intrinsic elements in all the awarded proposals, as well as values to promote and spread in the current socio-political context&#8221;.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cThis award is a recognition of the trajectory of a project and all the people who have made it possible from the beginning, and at the same time, a motivation to keep projecting L\u2019Olivera into the future,\u201d explained M\u00aa Dolors Llonch, president of L\u2019Olivera.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first prize was for the Galician project RE-MAR, by the Amicos Association, a collaborative project based on citizen science to strengthen collaboration between fishing sectors, local population, and visitors of the Galician islands, to define a local development model based on the conservation of the coastal and marine environment.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We received the second prize in the category &#8216;Sustainable Territories: recognition of initiatives aimed at ensuring a rural environment with equal rights and opportunities&#8217; at the ceremony held in Madrid.
