In addition, it works <\/span><b>4 hectares in Can Calopa (Collserola)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, some of which are in the process of being restored thanks to the <\/span><b>agreement with the Fundaci\u00f3 Catalunya La Pedrera<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which promotes the social and sustainable management of the municipal estate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As for the harvest, this year\u2019s forecasts place Vallbona\u2019s own production at between <\/span><b>15,000 and 20,000 kg of olives<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, while in Can Calopa the expected intake ranges between <\/span><b>3,000 and 5,000 kg<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. To complete the campaign and ensure the production of its organic oils, L\u2019Olivera will also purchase <\/span><b>30,000\u201340,000 kg of organic olives from trusted suppliers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, this season the machinery at the Vallbona de les Monges mill has been upgraded to better receive and clean the olives. \u201cIn 2024, we produced the best extra virgin olive oil in Catalonia and one of the best Arbequina oils in the world, <a href=\"https:\/\/olivera.org\/ca\/producte\/oli-finques\/\">Oli de Finques<\/a>.
