On May 25, starting at 10 a.m., we’ll be celebrating the Spring Festival at Can Calopa. This all-ages event will showcase small local producers and offer a chance to discover the natural richness of our closest surroundings. We’ll also exclusively present L’Olivera’s first cocktail: the Collserola Spring.

PROGRAMME
10:00 a.m. – Local breakfast with products from De Collserola and L’Olivera
11:45 a.m. – Spring walk around the Can Calopa surroundings
1:00 p.m. – Presentation of the low-alcohol cocktail “Collserola Spring”

Admission
Adults: €24
Children: €18 (under 18 years old)
Without breakfast (only for children under five): free
*Large families, consisting of two adults and three children, will be entitled to one free child admission.

During the local breakfast, you’ll enjoy a range of products from De Collserola: vegetables from La Rural de Collserola and L’Ortiga, cheese and truffles from Les Escales, honey and fresh cheese from Melvida, among many others.
We’ll also offer a tasting of two products from L’Olivera: Negre de Can Calopa wine and Oli de Marges olive oil.

The event is organized by the cooperative project L’Olivera an Sarrià’s Comunalitat, La Drecera, with la col·laboració of the cooperative De Collserola and with the support of Departament d’Economia Social i Solidària of la Generalitat de Catalunya.
