On May 25, starting at 10 a.m., we’re celebrating the Spring Festival at Can Calopa.
This event, open to all audiences, will spotlight small local producers and invite us to discover the rich natural surroundings nearby. Plus, we’ll exclusively unveil Collserola’s very first cocktail.

PROGRAMME
10:00 a.m. – Local breakfast featuring products from De Collserola and L’Olivera
11:45 a.m. – Springtime walk through the Can Calopa surroundings
1:00 p.m. – Presentation of the low-alcohol “Collserola Spring” cocktail, made with local ingredients

Adult ticket: €24
Child ticket: €18 (under 18 years)
No-breakfast option (only for children under 5): free
Large families, made up of two adults and three children, can benefit from one free child ticket.

During the local breakfast, you’ll enjoy a range of products from De Collserola: vegetables from La Rural de Collserola and L’Ortiga, cheese and truffles from Les Escales, honey and fresh cheese from Melvida, among many others.
We’ll also offer a tasting of two products from L’Olivera: Negre de Can Calopa wine and Oli de Marges olive oil.
