100% Arbequina

Tasting Notes

An olive oil with a sweet initial taste, followed by a gentle increase in bitterness and peppery notes, creating a balanced profile. Herbaceous aromas of tomato leaves and fennel, with green almond adding a distinctive aromatic character.

Olive Growing

Dryland farming adapted to the local environment, with practices focused on sustainability and respect for biodiversity. The olives are harvested at their optimal ripeness to preserve their organoleptic qualities.

Production

The olives are transported daily to the La Granadella olive mill, where they are cold-extracted at temperatures below 27 °C. This carefully managed process produces an authentic extra virgin olive oil that is 100% natural and free from additives, preserving its aromas and properties.
