Once again, we invite you to discover one of the most important moments in the Can Calopa calendar: the arrival of the young wine! Come with your friends or family and enjoy unique and special guided tastings through the estate. Learn about the wines we craft, discover the Collserola farmers’ heritage, enjoy a traditional lunch and then dance with a live concert. 

Program:

• 11:30 am – Welcome
• 12 pm – Introduction
• 12:15 pm – Guided tastings:
  • Pork cured meats at the old kitchen
  • Young wine at the cellar
  • Olive oil at the garden
  • Activity only for kids at the barn
• 11 am – Breakfast: grilled sausage, salad from our garden, “escalivada” and bread with tomato with our wines. 
• 1:45 pm – Vermouth time with drinks and a small selection of tapas available à la carte.
• 2:15 pm – Lunch:
  • Seasaonal salad
  • Pork stew with “Ganxet” white beans
  • Home-made cake

• 3:45 pm – Live music with La Zarigüella
• 5:15 pm – End of the concert
  • Bar will be open for drinks à la carte
• 6 pm – Closing time
