A journey to the origins to discover L’Olivera of yesterday and today
A tour through the winery of Vallbona de les Monges is a journey to the origins of L’Olivera. It speaks of utopias and resilience, of the dreams and challenges that, since 1974, have shaped the history of our project. We will walk through corridors of tanks and barrels, descend into the darkness of the cellar where the sparkling wine rests, and sit down to taste three of the wines we produce, along with the oil from our mill.

• Tasting visit: project explanation with a tour of the winery accompanied by 3 wines and 1 oil.
Schedule
The visit is offered in two time slots, at 10:30 a.m. and 12 p.m.
