A journey to the origins to discover the L’Olivera of yesterday and today

A tour of the winery at Vallbona de les Monges is a journey to the origins of L’Olivera. It speaks of utopia and resilience and the dreams and challenges that have written the story of our project since 1974. You will see the vats and barrels, visit the cellar where the sparkling wines rest and sample three of the wines we make, as well as the oil that comes from our mill.
